DukaanAdda uses Google Sign-In for absolute security. Open the app, click 'Sign in with Google', select your Gmail account, and authorize the login. No password setup required!

When you log in for the first time, you will be prompted to set up your business workspace. Enter your business name, phone number, category, and select your currency.

Go to Settings > Business Profile to add business address, GSTIN, and custom terms of conditions for invoices.

Invoices can be created in seconds. Select a customer or add a new one, choose products from your inventory, adjust quantities, review tax/discounts, and click Save.

Once generated, you can instantly share invoices as a professional PDF via WhatsApp, email, or other social platforms directly from the app.

Enable QR payments in your settings by adding your UPI ID. DukaanAdda will generate a custom dynamic QR code on the invoice PDF for customers to scan and pay.

DukaanAdda supports clean, premium invoice themes (e.g. Standard, Thermal, Elegant) that adjust dynamically based on paper size and print settings.

Keep your inventory up to date. Add products with custom names, barcodes, purchase prices, selling prices, stock quantities, and HSN codes.

Track your stock inflows and outflows. Update inventory levels manually or let DukaanAdda automatically deduct stock when invoices are generated.

Set low stock warning thresholds for individual items. DukaanAdda highlights low-stock products in red on your dashboard and sends alerts so you never run out.

DukaanAdda supports Indian GST compliance. Assign HSN codes and GST percentages (CGST + SGST or IGST) to products for accurate automatic tax calculation on bills.

Retailers can browse connected wholesaler shops in the marketplace tab, build order carts, and submit orders directly to wholesalers.

Wholesalers can toggle their shop's marketplace visibility under settings to allow or restrict nearby retailers from viewing their stock and placing orders.

Control which products are shown on the wholesaler marketplace. Hide trade secrets or wholesale-only catalog items with a simple toggle on individual products.

Promote your marketplace store. Wholesalers can configure custom discounts, promo coupons, minimum order limits, and delivery/packing charges.

Go to the Download page on our website and click 'Download Installer' to retrieve the standalone `.exe` setup file.

The Microsoft Store version updates automatically and is sandboxed for safety. The direct `.exe` installer is useful if you don't use the Microsoft Store or need a standalone offline setup.

If the login screen doesn't respond or load Google Sign-In, check your default browser configuration and ensure your internet connection is stable.

DukaanAdda direct installer will prompt you to update when a new version is released. Microsoft Store installations will update in the background automatically.

Search for DukaanAdda in the Google Play Store, or download it directly using the link on our homepage.

If you cannot sign in, ensure your device has Google Play Services updated and Google accounts configured in device settings.

DukaanAdda requires minimal permissions. Camera permission is needed for scanning product barcodes, and storage permission is needed for saving invoice PDFs.

The Free plan allows basic billing, inventory tracking, and invoice exports. The Pro plan adds higher limits, all invoice templates, unlimited khata and marketplace orders.

Upgrade to Pro directly from the app's billing section. If you encounter issues, you can submit a manual payment verification request.

If payment is completed but subscription status hasn't updated, submit payment screenshots to support for manual override.

If your Pro plan expires, your account reverts to the Free tier. None of your invoices or products will be deleted, but limits will be enforced.

If you receive auth errors, check if cookies are enabled in your browser, or sign out and back in again to refresh your session.

Secure your account by logging out of the current device or logging out of all active sessions from the profile settings tab.

We value your privacy. You can submit an account deletion request inside settings. This deletes all your business, inventory, and invoice data permanently.

If you see an account deactivated warning, your profile may have been flagged for terms of service violations. Contact support for recovery assistance.
